Russian sex predator terrorizes over 102 women in Ghana, Kenya and South Africa. Shoots videos to prove it

Ghana is launching investigations on the trending issue of the Russian man who is alleged to have been luring local women in the West African country onto his bed, exploiting them sexually and recording the lewdy acts using stealth cameras.

The Russian hunk, identified as Vladislav Liukov, who spotted dark sunglasses is believed to have been using them sexually to film saucy videos that he has been sharing online without his victims’ knowledge or consent.

His roster so far has a list of 102 women complete with photos and videos to satisfy his animalist cravings.

It is being speculated that the Casanova from Russia has also been enjoying the same sexual adventures with a variety of gullible women in Kenya and South Africa.

The Public Affairs Unit in the Ministry of Gender, Children and Social Protection has issued an official statement regarding the recent issue of sexual exploitation involving a foreign male taking advantage of meek Ghanaian women.

In the statement with Reference Number MoGCSP/FD.4/5/01 Ghana says the country’s Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection has taken note of reports involving a foreign national who allegedly engaged in sexual activities with some Ghanaian women and recorded the saucy bedroom episodes.

Party like a Russian?

The foreigner, Vladislav Liukov, who probably recorded the scenes using sunglasses equipped with in-built digital cameras, later circulated the photo and video clips of his victims online without their consent.

“Preliminary information indicates that the individual may not currently be within the country’s jurisdiction,” reads the statement from the Ghanaian Ministry.

“This, however, does not reduce the seriousness of the alleged conduct or the State’s responsibility to pursue accountability. The non-consensual recording and distribution of intimate images is a criminal offence and a clear violation of dignity and privacy.”

From Russia with Love?

It was initially reported that the Russian suspect started his sex escapades in South Africa, then flew to Kenya on the same saucy mission before landing in Ghana, sampling local women in the process.

The Russian sex predator and saucy content creator, is alleged to boast that he could sleep with any woman he approached in those countries, without even going through the trouble of persuading them, because they all ‘fell for his white skin!’

In a message posted on his private Telegram channel, amid backlashes, the Russian suspect admits having committed the offence in his adventures dating back to 2025.

Yayteslav would later delete the footages from his Tik Tok account before locking it down.

However, many other people had already downloaded the clips and continued to circulate them.

This prompted the authorities in Ghana to issue statements, warning Ghanaians to stop posting the images and reels online as it traumatized the victims.

“It is important to state that, before these reports, the Ghanaian Ministry of Gender, Children, and Social Protection (MoGCSP) had already been working with the Ministry of Communication and Digital Innovations and its relevant agencies on measures to prevent and respond to image-based sexual abuse.”

The Ministry adds that these ongoing efforts include digital safety interventions, engagement with online platforms, and mechanisms for reporting and takedown of abusive content.

“These measures are now being applied to this matter by the relevant authorities.”

The Ministry said it continues to work with the Ghana Police Service, relevant security institutions, and international partners to explore all lawful options available, including cross-border cooperation and mutual legal assistance.

Support services have also been launched in Ghana, including psychosocial care and legal assistance, being coordinated through confidential channels to ensure privacy and well-being.

The Ministry also operates toll-free helplines on complaints and enquiries as well as on issues of abuse and violence, and can be accessed via 0800-800-800/0800-900-900 or 0800-111-222

Authorities in Ghana reminded the public to exercise caution in their interactions both online and offline, assuring that the Ministry remains committed to protecting the rights, safety, and dignity of all persons and to ensuring that jurisdictional limits do not prevent appropriate action.
